We are able to manufacture Sand Castings, up to a maximum finished weight of 100kg and Gravity Die castings up to 15Kgs, with batch sizes ranging from one offs up to thousands off.
We have both ISO 9001:2000 certification and AS9100 Aerospace Std. approvals along with many other major company approvals.
Maybreys, established in 1927, have for many years been at the forefront of aluminium sand and gravity die manufacture. Since joining the Caro Group of Companies, we have undergone a dramatic rationalisation and redevelopment and are now better equipped than ever to ensure we service the needs of our existing and new customers both commercially and technically.
Maybrey Reliance now boast one of the best equipped and modern foundries in the UK - our modernisation programme has included:

• The most modern sand mixers
