To help you get to know the personalities behind the names, we have been putting our people in the hot seat to learn more about them.

Dave Lowe

Managing Director

Dave joined Caro in July 2004 as management accountant, having previously worked in accountancy roles across the internet and telecoms sectors. Over more than two decades with the business he has helped steer its growth into the multi million pound UK manufacturing group it is today, including guiding the company through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Outside work, Dave is a lifelong Eurovision Song Contest fan and has even written his own entry.

Lee Rusbridge

Director

Lee joined Caro in 2005 as an office administrator. After just over two decades with the business, he became a Company Director in 2026 and now heads up the sales and technical team. Outside work, Lee is a keen follower of non-league football and enjoys travel and spending time with family.

Nicola Hunter

Head of Operations

Nicola joined Caro in February 2024 following a 25 year career in IT. Now Head of Operations, she brings extensive business experience across compliance, marketing and IT. Outside work, she is mum to two young adult daughters and two golden Labradors.

Lisa Crowley

Accounts Manager

Lisa joined the company in 2004 as an accounts assistant. She is now Accounts Manager, overseeing everything from supplier management and credit control through to finalised management figures. Outside work, Lisa's two dogs and two children keep her busy.

Jack Roadnight

Sales Support

Jack joined the company in 2025 as Sales Support and is part of the Caro Group team, supporting customers and contributing to the continued growth of one of the UK's leading manufacturers of drainage, flood defence and specialist engineering solutions.

Katie Allard

Sales Support

Katie is currently enjoying maternity leave with her lovely family and will be introducing herself here on her return.
